call for help to ISPs using SORBS

SORBS (spam and open-relay blocking system), a "not for profit" organization has recently blacklisted some of our hosts email IP addresses as spammers.
Upon contacting SORBS, they have refused to even hint as to what was the cause of this problem without us submitting a "donation"...
